Made in Egypt at Emkay Foods' own facility, which is FDA registered and BRC certified. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight; no need to refrigerate, and if a little oil rises to the top, stir it back in. Use a clean, dry spoon and reseal after each use.
Spreads straight onto warm toast, fills crêpes and pastries, and swirls into bakes; thick enough to hold its shape rather than run.
Suited for: breakfast toast, fillings, and baking. For a bigger hazelnut hit, the Hazelnutty Cocoa steps up to 14%; for crunch, the Choco Hazel Crunch adds hazelnut pieces; to drizzle rather than spread, the Choco Hazel topping.
Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oil (palm), whey powder (cow's milk), hazelnut paste (5%), skimmed milk powder (cow's milk), cocoa paste, emulsifiers (soy lecithin, PGPR), salt, nature identical flavours (vanilla, hazelnut).
