Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery coverage: All of Greater Cairo

• Same-day delivery: West Cairo (6th October & Sheikh Zayed), Dokki, Zamalek, and Mohandeseen areas. Except Friday, it is our day off. 

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM → delivered same day

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM → delivered next day

• Next-day delivery: All other Greater Cairo areas. Except Fridays.
  

• Minimum order spend: 800EGP. Orders below that bracket can be delivered within 24-48 hours. 
• Exceptions: Fridays and national public holidays. 

Foodways delivers across Greater Cairo using a professionally managed cold chain. Frozen items stay frozen, chilled items remain at safe temperatures, and all meat and ingredients arrive clean, sealed, and carefully handled. We apply the same standards we use when serving restaurants and hotels, so your order reaches you in excellent condition.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the order on the scheduled delivery day. If you need to update your address or delivery details, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

If a delivery attempt is made and the order cannot be received, it may need to be rescheduled for the next available slot. A re-delivery fee may apply depending on timing and location.
