Grown in Serbia and frozen soon after picking to hold colour and flavour. Keep frozen at all times. Take out what you need and return the bag to the freezer. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Use them straight from frozen. They cook down into a rich sauce or coulis, fold into muffins and crumbles, and thaw well for fruit salads and platters. For something sharper, the blackcurrant and redcurrant bring more tartness. For a ready made blend, they are also in the Ruby fruit mix.
