Black Angus Whole Striploin | Frozen Marbled Beef | ≈ 5kg
A whole Black Angus striploin, about 5kg, for cutting your own strip steaks. Firm grained with marbling that keeps it juicy, and enough bite to feel like proper beef.
A firm, even grained loin muscle with marbling that supports the meat rather than running all through it the way a ribeye's does. That structure is what gives the striploin its bite, enough chew to feel like beef, enough fat to stay juicy.
Black Angus beef, handled and packed through our professionally managed cold chain from arrival to delivery, so it reaches you clean, sealed, and in condition to cook with confidence. Keep frozen until the day before; thaw in the fridge, not at room temperature.
The firmer grain holds its shape under high heat, so it slices into clean strip steaks with a defined edge and takes a hard sear without loosening. Season lightly, rest well, and the traditional beef character comes through.
Suited for: strip steaks cut to an even thickness, or roasting whole and carving across the grain. Among the whole cuts the striploin sits in the middle, more structure and chew than the ribeye, more openly beefy than the tenderloin. Reach for the ribeye when you want fat and flavour to lead, or the tenderloin when you want it lean and fork tender.
Ingredients: frozen beef.
Average weight: 5kg (serves 15+).
Price: 1765 EGP/kg.
Whole cuts are sold as single pieces at an approximate weight. Final prepared weight may vary slightly with the exact cut, which can adjust the final price up or down.
