Oriental Kofta | Frozen Young Beef | 500g

Young beef and spices, shaped into traditional oriental kofta. The mild, tender young beef base gives a softer kofta that still browns and holds together on the grill.

Young beef, handled through our professionally managed cold chain, so it reaches you clean, sealed, and ready to cook. Keep frozen; cook from frozen or thaw in the fridge, not at room temperature.

Browns nicely on the grill or in a pan and stays juicy; young beef keeps it tender, so avoid overcooking. A little char lifts it.

Suited for: grilled kofta on skewers or in sandwiches. For a fuller, familiar flavour, the baladi kofta; for a leaner one, the grass fed kofta. An oven shaped and a breaded young beef kofta are also available.
