Whole Tenderloin | Frozen Young Beef

A whole tenderloin from young beef, naturally lean and soft, mild in flavour, and versatile as steaks or a roast. Tender from the cut and the young animal, with little marbling.

Young beef, handled through our professionally managed cold chain, so it reaches you clean, sealed, and in condition to cook with confidence. Keep frozen until the day before; thaw in the fridge, not at room temperature.

Cook it simply and don't overdo it, sear or roast and pull it early, then rest. Even along its length, so it portions into neat fillet steaks.

Suited for: fillet steaks or a whole roast. For a leaner, cleaner tenderloin, the grass fed version; for a fuller, familiar one, the baladi tenderloin; for richness, the marbled range. The young beef tenderloin is the soft, mild all rounder.
