Thin strips of pale, mild veal for stroganoff and creamy sauces. They brown fast and stay tender if you add them late.

Thin strips of veal, smooth textured, pale, and subtle in flavour. The most delicate of the strips, cut for quick sautéing.

Veal, handled through our professionally managed cold chain, so it reaches you clean, sealed, and ready to cook. Keep frozen; thaw in the fridge before cooking, not at room temperature.

They brown fast and stay tender, so add them late to a sauce and don't overcook. Their mildness suits creamy, gentle finishes.

Suited for: stroganoff, mushroom or garlic herb sauces, fast stovetop dishes. For a leaner, firmer strip, the grass fed stroganoff; for a mild, tender everyday strip, the young beef fillet strips. The veal is the most delicate.
