Whole Tenderloin | Frozen Grass-fed Beef

A whole tenderloin from 100% grass fed beef, trimmed chain off and cleaned. Naturally lean and very soft, mild and clean in flavour, the tenderest grass fed cut, with almost no marbling.

100% grass fed beef, handled through our professionally managed cold chain, so it reaches you clean, sealed, and in condition to cook with confidence. Keep frozen until the day before; thaw in the fridge, not at room temperature.

Very lean and mild, so cook it simply and don't overdo it, sear or roast and pull it early, then rest. Even along its length for neat fillet steaks.

Suited for: fillet steaks or a whole roast where you want tenderness and a clean taste. For a richer, marbled tenderloin, the marbled range; for a more familiar flavour, the baladi tenderloin. The grass fed tenderloin is the lean, mild one.
