A bright, citrus forward Colombian Arabica, sold as whole beans. High aroma and high acidity give it real lift, over a light body and a clean, medium intensity. The flavour leans on citrus fruit and cocoa, rounded out by a note of toasted walnut. The lively, fresh one in the range.
Roasted and packed by Delta Cafés. Keep the bag closed in a cool, dry cupboard away from sunlight and heat. Grind as you go, and use within a few weeks of opening while the aroma is at its best.
It shows best where its brightness can come through, so filter, pour over and a lighter espresso all suit it. Grind fresh just before you brew to hold the citrus and aroma. If you want less acidity and more caramel and chocolate weight, the Diamond is smoother and rounder. For a bold, nutty morning cup, the Gold hits harder.
