A delicate, exceptionally tender cut from Dutch-raised veal. Pale in colour with a fine grain and a mild, clean flavour, veal tenderloin is best kept simple — lightly pan-seared, roasted whole, or finished with butter and herbs.

This piece is chain-off, cleaned and ready to portion into medallions or cook as a whole roast.
