100% grass fed beef, handled through our professionally managed cold chain, so it reaches you clean, sealed, and ready to cook. Keep frozen; add straight to slow cooked dishes or thaw in the fridge, not at room temperature.
Lower fat than baladi cubes, so they keep a firm bite, good in quicker dishes as well as stews, though they still soften with time. Don't overcook or they tighten.
Suited for: stews, curries, sautés, and quick pan dishes. For a more familiar, home style stew, the baladi cubes; for something more delicate, the veal cubes. The grass fed cube is the lean, clean tasting one.
