A striploin cut from baladi beef (locally raised, grain fed, 12+ months). Firm grained with a defined bite and the strong, familiar baladi flavour; leaner than the ribeye from the same animal.

Baladi beef, locally raised and handled through our professionally managed cold chain, so it reaches you clean, sealed, and ready to cook. Keep frozen; thaw in the fridge, then bring to room temperature before searing.

The firm grain takes a good sear and holds its shape, so cook it quickly over high heat and rest it before slicing across the grain. Simple seasoning suits it.

Suited for: a quick pan or grilled steak with everyday flavour. Between the baladi steaks, the striploin is firmer and leaner than the juicier ribeye. For a more tender, milder steak, the young beef striploin is the alternative.
