Young beef, handled through our professionally managed cold chain, so it reaches you clean, sealed, and ready to cook. Keep frozen; cook from frozen or thaw in the fridge, not at room temperature.

Grill or pan fry over medium heat so the centre melts before the outside overcooks; rest it a minute before serving so the cheese doesn't run straight out.
