Young beef, handled through our professionally managed cold chain, so it reaches you clean, sealed, and ready to cook. Keep frozen; add straight to slow-cooked dishes or thaw in the fridge, not at room temperature.

They still like gentle heat and time, but being young beef they come tender sooner, good for stews and casseroles without a marathon simmer. Brown first for depth.

Suited for: stews, casseroles, and slow cooked dishes. For a firmer, leaner cube, the grass fed cubes; for a fuller, more familiar stew, the baladi cubes; for the most delicate, the veal cubes.
