Young beef, handled through our professionally managed cold chain, so it reaches you clean, sealed, and ready to cook. Keep frozen; thaw in the fridge before cooking, not at room temperature.
Sear fast on medium high heat and pull it while just done. A minute too long and liver turns grainy. Salt at the end so it stays tender.
Suited for: classic Egyptian liver dishes and sandwiches. For thin strips made for Alexandrian style stir fry, the liver strips; for a ready crumbed quick fry, the breaded liver.
