Hand picked wild blueberries from the forests of Scandinavia and Canada. Small and deep purple, more intense and less watery than cultivated blueberries, with a rich, almost winey flavour.

Wild grown and hand picked in Scandinavia and Canada, then frozen after harvest. Keep frozen, use from frozen, and do not refreeze once thawed.

Their small size means they scatter evenly through muffins, pancakes and bakes without sinking, and they hold up in yoghurt, smoothies and jams. Use them from frozen. For a bigger, bolder dark berry, reach for the blackberry. The wild blueberry is the concentrated one.
