Molokhia leaves, finely minced and frozen to hold their flavour, aroma and silky texture. The work is done, so there is no picking or chopping.

Cleaned, minced and frozen to capture the fresh leaf. Store frozen and cook from frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Add it straight from frozen to a garlic and coriander stock and simmer into the classic Egyptian molokhia. It keeps that fresh green taste and the silky body it is loved for. Serve it over rice or with bread and your choice of chicken, rabbit or meat.
