A ready to use hawawshi filling, baladi beef (locally raised, grain fed, 12+ months) mixed with onion, pepper, and spices. The familiar baladi flavour is the point; the mix is seasoned and ready, so all that's left is the bread and the oven.
Baladi beef, locally raised and handled through our professionally managed cold chain, so it reaches you clean, sealed, and ready to cook. Keep frozen; thaw in the fridge before cooking, not at room temperature.
The mix is loose and juicy, made to be pressed into baladi bread and baked hot until the crust crisps and the filling cooks through. High heat gives you the char and keeps the juices in.
